Cancellation Policy

General Policy

  • If the trip is canceled due to bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, you will receive a full refund.

  •  Free cancellation up to 30 days before the trip.

  •  50% cancellation fee from 30 to 7 days before the trip.

  •  100% cancellation fee within 7 days or no-show.

  •  Full refund for weather-related cancellations.

GT trips, expedition-style trips, and high-value charters are subject to a special cancellation policy due to their nature and preparation requirements.

  •  50% cancellation fee from 90 to 30 days before the trip.

  •  100% cancellation fee within 30 days or no-show.

  •  Full refund only for weather-related cancellations.

Payment and Refund Process

  • Payments are accepted via  PayPal.

  • Refunds will be processed through the same method used for payment.

  • Some trips may have unique cancellation rules. Please check the details on each trip page.

  • In case of no-show without prior notice, the trip fee is non-refundable.
